The senseless, brutal massacre of almost an entire household—father, daughters, aunt and maid—leaves only one survivor and witness: Mi-ju(Time, Woman is the Future of Man). The widowed wife and mother, Mi-ju is also a gifted cello teacher. As a deep depression overtakes her, Mi-ju flashes back to the odd way one of her students was acting just before the murder.
