Chunhyang is as timeless as the story of love’s loss and loyalty it tells. Mongryong(Cho Seung-woo, Tazza - playing at this year's festival, Marathon, YMCA Baseball Team)
son of an influential government official, is secretly married to
Chunhyang, a common courtesan. When he’s suddenly transferred away, she
has to refuse powerful men to be loyal to the husband she can’t
acknowledge and hope he’ll return before the burden becomes too much to
bear.
