In a nightmarish inversion of The Wizard of Oz, Seoul ophthalmologist Sun-jae(Kim Hye-soo, Tazza -playing this year's festival) finds a pair of ruby-red shoes abandoned on a subway platform. When she takes them home, her life seems to get more and more unexplainable. Soon, she’s not in Kansas anymore.
