*New York Premiere*

2004, 107 minutes
Director: Kong Su-chang
Cast: Kam Woo-sung, Sohn Byung-ho and Oh Tae-kyung

At a pulse-pounding place between action movie, horror flick and social commentary, R-Point introduces Choi Tae-in(Kam Woo-Sung, King and the Clown -playing this year's fest, Marriage is a Crazy Thing). The sole survivor of a Vietnam battle, Choi is filled with longing and regret over what happened to his former unit. When the brass orders him back into the field to lead a scouting mission, it could be a way to move past his trauma. Or it could have been, until, deep in the jungle he finds a tombstone that reads “He who sheds others’ blood cannot return.”
