Synopsis:

A spiritual chronicle of Korea’s development, A Way to Sampo follows a simple laborer, Young-Dal, and an old man, Mr. Jeong, as they make their way back to their hometown of Sampo after ten years away. Gleaming with new hotels and train stations, Sampo is no longer the picturesque village that Young-Dal and Mr. Jeong remember. Their hometown doesn’t feel like home anymore.
